Patrick Fallon
Winemaker EdenVale Winery 2005-2008
Patrick Fallon came to the Rogue valley in the summer of 2005 to work as the winemaker for EdenVale Winery. Winemaking became a passion for him while working as a chef in Sonoma CA. After completing his training at Napa Valley College, Patrick was able to transition professionally from the kitchen to the wine cellar in 1996.
His years of experience, working with fruit from across Sonoma county’s diverse micro-climates, combined with his education in viticulture and winery technology, have provided him with the skills and experience to maximize the bounty of the Rogue valley winegrowing region. Patrick, his wife Kimberly and their two children enjoy camping, fishing, gardening and playing music as family activities, and when time allows, Patrick pursues his hobby of hand crafting custom electric guitars.
